Perfect for just about any application, this galvanized steel tubing features a 4' length and a 1" x 2" rectangular design. Low-profile ornamental fence and gate systems up to 4' tall use this tubing for horizontal rails and gate frames. The rectangular profile functions as a horizontal top and bottom rail with a flat surface for mounting pickets, welded wire, and gate hardware across 4' spans. Fence builders run two 1" x 2" rails parallel at 24" spacing between 1 1/2" or 2" line posts to support 4' tall picket or mesh panels. The 2" flat face provides a mounting surface for T-hinges and slide bolts on 3' to 4' wide garden gates and side yard entries.
