The 12' length allows for 2' to 3' burial depth while providing 9' to 10' of above-ground post for tall installations. At corners, this post anchors tension from two directions where fence lines change direction at 90-degree angles. For gate posts, the 2 1/2" profile supports 6' to 8' wide single and double-swing gates with post-mounted hinges and drop-pin latches.
