The 1 1/2" X 1 1/2 Square Female Gate Hinge, also referred to as a frame hinge, functions with a post hinge in order to install a gate hinge for a swinging square gate. Typically used on square gates or ornamental fences, the Female Gate Hinge fits a 1 1/2" X 1 1/2 post using a 3/8" x 2" carriage bolt and nut. This hinge has a heavy-duty, galvanized steel composition that resists rust for long-term outdoor use and features an 8 gauge steel thickness ideal for industrial applications.
